The Twelve Deeds of Lord Buddha

Although the Buddha performed countless innumerable deeds for the benefit of beings, this popular and widely common prayer — ascribed to Ārya Nāgārjuna —  recounts twelve of those most historical and splendorous deeds of Buddha Śākyamuni. In the Sanskrit language this prayer is known as: Dvādaśakāra-nāma-stotra.
