A Collection of Instruction on Parting from the Four Attachments – The Basic Sakya Mind Training Teaching of the Sakya Tradition

Parting from the Four Attachments is a four line verse which was revealed by Ārya Mañjuśrī to Sachen Kunga Nyingpo whilst he was in retreat. This profound and most important teaching encompasses the entire training of all the Sūtras spoken by the Buddha. This publication contains four illuminating commentaries by prominent Sakya masters such as Jetsün Dragpa Gyaltsen, Sakya Pandita, and Gorampa Sönam Senge; and, the nonsectarian master Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo.
