Sachen Foundation relies almost entirely on the generosity of friends and students of His Holiness Ratna Vajra Rinpoche.

Our current fundraising goal is to reach $1,100,000 by December 31, 2019. All incoming donations will be accumulated into the Sachen Fund, a fund especially created to accomplish this goal. Recurring monthly contributions will be automatically matched, doubling your gift, until we reach $50,000 USD total. No amount is too small, and every donation helps! Donor Appreciation Gifts (available on first-come first-served basis)

  • All donor names and amounts will be published in our Annual Report (unless donors indicate otherwise)
  • For monthly recurring donations totaling $500 to $1,000 per year:
    • The Sutra of Recollecting the Three Jewels, along with a Commentary by Khenchen Appey Rinpoche (Translated by Ven. Jhampa Losal and Jay Goldberg) – Gift from the Sapan Fund to donors of the Sachen Fund, or
    • A Collection of Instructions on Parting from the Four Attachments – Gift from the Sapan Fund to donors of the Sachen Fund
  • For monthly recurring donations totaling $1,000 and above, per year:
    • Sterling silver Sachen Foundation pendant, designed by Dagmo Kalden La
